Xbox is actively supporting the Latin American game development community through its ID@XBOX Developer Acceleration Program (DAP). Since 2023, the initiative has assisted over 60 studios across countries including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Honduras, and Uruguay, facilitating the release of more than 30 culturally distinct titles on Xbox platforms.

The program provides essential technical resources, business mentorship, and financial support to independent studios. This assistance helps developers refine their projects, reduce financial pressures associated with multi-platform development, and gain access to marketing opportunities, including potential inclusion in Xbox Game Pass.

Upcoming titles showcase diverse mechanics and themes. For instance, Orbit Studio’s 'Sky Dust' is a cyberpunk action-RPG set in a dystopian São Paulo, while Halberd Studios' 'Mariachi Legends' introduces a Metroidvania experience featuring a unique cooking mechanic. Other projects include the 2.5D colony-builder 'GHOSTLESS' by Coffeenauts, the color-based puzzle-platformer 'Colorbound' from Panpipe Studio, the vertical city-builder 'Treetopians' by Aparato Games, and the cooperative Metroidvania 'Greak 2: Alliance of the Storms' by Navegante.

These developers aim to integrate local cultural identity into their gameplay. Studios emphasize that the DAP support has been fundamental in maintaining their creative vision and authenticity while ensuring technical performance on Xbox Series X|S hardware.
