Each location offers distinct product lines. The Bandai Namco Cross Store features merchandise from various anime and gaming franchises, including figures from Tamashii Nations, MegaHouse, and Banpresto. Conversely, The Gundam Base specializes exclusively in Gundam-related items, such as figures and model kits.
While the company has not disclosed the specific reasons for the recent scheduling pause, officials confirmed that additional information will be provided as the October opening approaches. Currently, there is no confirmation regarding potential giveaways or special events planned for the debut day.
This expansion adds to the presence of the brand in the United States. Another Gundam Base location previously opened in the Midwest at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont, Illinois, during the end of 2025.
