Bandai Namco has updated the release window for the upcoming multiplayer fighting game Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3. While the title was previously expected to arrive sometime in 2027, the publisher has now narrowed this timeframe to the second half of 2027.
Producer Masayuki Hirano stated that the development team has been actively incorporating player feedback and survey results into their planning. These discussions have already identified specific areas where the team intends to implement improvements before the game launches.
Hirano emphasized that the series is built in collaboration with its community. The adjusted release schedule is intended to help the team fully realize their ambitions for both the initial launch experience and the planned post-launch support content.
Looking ahead, the producer suggested that fans may experience a period of silence regarding further updates. Despite this, the team remains committed to ensuring that 2027 is a significant year for the Dragon Ball gaming franchise.
