The MMORPG EverQuest Legends has officially released the Castle Nektropos update. This content drop introduces a fresh dungeon experience and a new playable race to the 1999-era throwback title.
Players can now explore the outdoor region of Lake Nerius and a dangerous canyon. These areas lead to the instanced Castle Nektropos dungeon, which depicts the location before its original ruinous state.
The narrative involves Lord Ollix Everling, who seeks assistance to stop his father, Lord Rikantus, from raising the dead after a tragic family betrayal. Additionally, the update adds the Half Dark Elf race, which features its own starting zone called the Nektropos Undercroft.
A Halloween event is currently active until Tuesday, November 3rd. Participants can earn a free werewolf pet illusion and complete a specific quest to obtain another pet illusion of their choosing.
