The latest update for The Quinfall introduces a new Worker system, allowing players to manage various functions through captured NPCs. Rather than hiring staff, players must actively acquire their workforce through force.
To capture these individuals, players must craft specific items including a Worker Badge, a Lasso Rope, a Truncheon, and a Wheel of Discipline. These tools are used to target NPCs located within worker tribe areas.
Captured workers can perform diverse roles such as farmers, warriors, dancers, and caravaneers. Each tribe offers unique specializations, though training is restricted exclusively to Altar areas rather than player-owned houses.
The system carries significant risks, as workers are permanently lost upon death. Consequently, players are encouraged to utilize warrior units to provide necessary protection for their workforce.
