Laced Records has officially launched pre-orders for a new vinyl release of the soundtrack for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. This collection brings the game's orchestral and ambient score to a physical format for fans of the fantasy series.
The release features a standard black vinyl version alongside a limited Oblivion Gate color edition. This exclusive variant consists of orange heavyweight LPs pressed at 45 RPM, housed in a widespined outer sleeve with printed polylined inner sleeves.
The complete 26-track soundtrack has been specially remastered for this vinyl release by Joe Caithness. Bethesda Game Studios provided the sleeve artwork, which highlights the Daedric rune of Oht and incorporates various concept art pieces.
The score is noted for its mix of heroic, mysterious, and soothing compositions that accompany players throughout their journey in Cyrodiil. While the product images currently displayed are mock-ups, the records are available for pre-order now.
