On October 21, 2026, NVIDIA released the GeForce 621.01 Driver, a WHQL-certified update. A significant addition in this release is support for the Arm-based RTX Spark platform, which utilizes the Blackwell GB10 integrated GPU. Although RTX Spark has a smaller game library than x64 systems, NVIDIA intends to provide driver updates for both platforms simultaneously.

The driver introduces support for the retail version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, which features DLSS 4.5, dynamic frame generation, and NVIDIA Reflex. NVIDIA claims that GeForce RTX 50 series users can achieve up to 6x frame generation. Additionally, the game utilizes Advanced Shader Delivery via the Microsoft Store to mitigate stuttering caused by shader compilation.

Phantom Blade Zero now supports DLSS 4.5 and Ray Reconstruction for enhanced path tracing. Furthermore, the driver includes updates for Cyberpunk 2077 and the Season 2 update for NBA 2K27. While the release version has advanced to Release 620, the integrated CUDA version remains 13.4, consistent with the previous Release 615 generation.

The update addresses several stability issues, including crashes in Star Citizen when using Vulkan and flickering on specific ASUS ProArt RTX Spark laptops. Users can download the driver via the NVIDIA App or official links, with file sizes ranging from 1.04 GB for x64 versions to 1.22 GB for the RTX Spark version.
