LINE Games announced on October 22 that a playable demo for the PC title QUIET is now available on Steam and the Epic Games Store. The game is a cooperative comedy horror experience where players control duck-like aliens attempting to escape from a landlady.
The gameplay features a mix of comical visuals and tense situations, supporting both single-player and cooperative multiplayer for up to four people. The current demo includes a standard stage and a new arcade mode titled Duck Out, which also accommodates four players.
This version incorporates bug fixes and build optimizations based on feedback from a previous playtest. Future updates are expected to introduce a spaceship-themed waiting room and seasonal content, including special effects for Halloween.
The title is scheduled to participate in the Steam Scream Fest V from October 27 to November 3. While a previous playtest drew interest from applicants across 148 countries, the developer is currently targeting an official service launch for the first half of 2027.
