Xbox has officially unveiled the pricing for its new cloud playtime packs, which were initially announced last month. These packs are designed to manage cloud gaming usage through a tiered system of hourly allotments.

Users can purchase 10 hours of access for $3.99, 25 hours for $7.99, or 50 hours for $11.99. These options provide ad-free streaming, reduced wait times, and high-quality performance, with purchased hours remaining valid until fully consumed.

The company implemented these monthly limits to address rising operational costs associated with cloud infrastructure. While acknowledging that this change may result in higher expenses for some players, Xbox stated that the move is necessary to maintain service reliability and continued investment.

Xbox Insiders without a Game Pass subscription can preview these options ahead of the November rollout. Availability remains subject to regional, device, and account-specific restrictions, while existing Game Pass tiers will feature their own distinct monthly usage caps.
