Key information
LINE Games has officially released a playable demo for its self-developed PC title, QUIET. Interested players can access this trial version immediately through the Steam and Epic Games Store platforms.
In this cooperative horror game supporting up to four players, participants control alien ducks that have crash-landed on Earth. The core objective involves evading a boss character known as Grandma while gathering parts to repair a spaceship. Players must manage their noise levels, as actions like movement, interaction, and voice communication increase the boss's aggression and speed.
The demo incorporates feedback from recent Steam playtests, featuring bug fixes and performance optimizations for a more stable experience. Beyond the main stage, the update introduces a new arcade mode called Duck Elimination, designed to offer a distinct gameplay experience for up to four players.
The developers have added a spaceship-themed lobby and plan to include seasonal content for Halloween. Additionally, the game is scheduled to participate in the Steam Scream Fest 5, running from October 27 to November 3.
