Developer Sugar Slip announced that the PC title Serial Lover received an update on October 22, 2026, which officially adds support for the Japanese language.
The game follows a protagonist who wakes up with amnesia inside a mysterious mansion. To survive, players must cooperate with six serial killers to uncover the secrets behind their confinement.
Gameplay blends rhythm mechanics with dating simulation elements. Players must successfully woo the killers through rhythm challenges to prevent them from committing murder, as failing to capture their hearts results in death.
The title features 23 songs and 19 CG illustrations. It also includes an arcade mode that allows users to compete for high scores against players globally.
Serial Lover is priced at 1200 yen including tax. A promotional sale is currently active until October 29, offering a 20 percent discount for a purchase price of 960 yen including tax.
