Michel Koch, the co-creator and director of the 2015 Life is Strange game, recently visited the set of the upcoming Amazon television adaptation. Following his visit, Koch expressed significant pride in the production, describing the experience as a career highlight.
The production features Maisy Stella and Tatum Grace Hopkins as Chloe and Max. A photograph shared by Koch shows the actors in a set designed to resemble the Two Whales Diner, providing a rare look at the live-action interpretation of the game's iconic locations.
Although Don't Nod developed the original title, the studio has no official involvement in the television series. Ownership of the franchise transitioned to Deck Nine following the release of Life is Strange 2, with Square Enix currently serving as a producer for the show.
Despite the lack of formal ties, the production team invited original creators to visit the set. The series is slated to stream on Amazon Prime, though a specific release date has not yet been announced.
