In this title, players assume the role of a mayor tasked with transforming a desolate coastal town into a thriving tourist destination. Success requires constructing shops, decorating streets, and unlocking attractions to draw in visitors and foster community growth.
Core mechanics focus on creative construction, allowing users to design unique layouts, zone commercial districts, and build roads. Efficiency is managed through automation, where players hire residents to handle tasks like resource harvesting, waste collection, and inventory management.
The game supports cooperative play for up to four participants. Players can collaborate to build mega resorts through either local split-screen or online modes, sharing the responsibilities of town management and development.
