Blizzard Entertainment has announced a limited-time free access period for World of Warcraft: Forever. This event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026, running from 18h to 22h Brasília time, to evaluate server capacity prior to the official launch.
Participation is open to any individual with a WoW account, regardless of active subscription status or early access privileges. The primary objective is to aggregate a large volume of players simultaneously to identify potential connection and stability issues.
To join, users must select the WoW: Forever Stress Test version within the Battle.net client. Participants will start from scratch, and all characters created during this window will be deleted once the session concludes. Blizzard anticipates potential congestion in starting zones as players compete for objectives.
This initiative aims to mitigate the technical difficulties experienced during the initial beta phase, which included lengthy login queues. The official release for all subscribers is set for November 4.
