Peripheral manufacturer Hori has expanded pre-order availability for its Nintendo Switch 2 accessory, the Electric Ocarina of Time, to the Amazon storefront. The product is scheduled for release on November 5 and is priced at 7,980 yen.
This officially licensed device is designed to support voice recognition for the upcoming remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which is also slated for a November 5 launch. Users can utilize a free performance mode to play music by covering finger holes or select an auto-play mode to hear tracks from the game.
The accessory includes a port for connecting headphones, allowing for private listening during use. These features aim to replicate the experience of playing a traditional ocarina while integrating with the specific software mechanics of the new title.
Previously, reservations were restricted to the official Hori Store. Following positive reception, Amazon listings are now active, with current estimates indicating that orders placed now are expected to arrive on November 6.
