The studio confirmed that the "Secuty" typo on the McNeil skin is a visual error. A correction update is currently planned for the Season 5 Phase 2 release to resolve this mistake, which the team admitted created confusion and eroded player trust.
Conversely, the developer clarified that the Midnight Mirage skin, which features five pistols, is an intentional creative concept. The design serves as a reference to action movie tropes where operatives carry excessive backup weaponry on their gear.
While the studio acknowledged the frustration caused by visual oddities, the official statement did not address speculation regarding the use of generative AI. Season 5 remains active, introducing new maps, weapons, and vehicles alongside these cosmetic updates.
