Key information

KOMODO released the console versions of the horror adventure game Pocket Mirror: Goldenera on October 22, 2026. The title is now available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch at a price of 2970 yen including tax.

This title is a remaster of the 2016 free game Pocket Mirror Classic, which previously saw a PC release on Steam in 2023. Drawing inspiration from 2010s RPG Maker horror titles like Ib, The Witch's House, and Mad Father, the game focuses on themes of identity and self-discovery.

Players control a girl who awakens in a mysterious mansion with no memory. Using a small mirror as a guide, she explores complex corridors and rooms to uncover her true identity. The gameplay involves solving puzzles, completing missions, and interacting with unique characters. Choices made during the journey lead to multiple endings, including entirely new ones.

The Nintendo Switch version is available at a 20 percent discount until November 4. Additionally, PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers can access a one-hour game trial for the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 versions. To celebrate the launch, the developer is hosting a Halloween illustration contest on X until November 11, with a merchandise giveaway campaign scheduled to begin on October 29.
