Nexon has officially launched a four-week collaboration event between its MMORPG Mabinogi and the anime series Atelier of Witch Hat. This limited-time crossover is scheduled to run until the maintenance period on November 12.
The event introduces several characters from the animation, including Coco, Qifrey, Agott, Tetia, and Riche, into the world of Mabinogi. Players can engage in a series of story quests released sequentially over the four-week duration. Completing the first week of these quests rewards players with the Qifrey's Rescue Chair item.
Gameplay additions include daily quests and a board game-style activity called Erin Marble, which allows users to earn event currency. The update also introduces permanent buffs and character miniature enhancement features. By collecting event points, players can redeem various rewards such as character outfit sets, beauty coupons for hair and eyes, homestead installations, titles, and damage skins.
Throughout the collaboration period, Nexon is offering specialized items for purchase. These include cosmetic sets based on the anime characters, beauty coupons, weapon appearance scrolls, and cards that modify skill visual effects.
