Key information
Expanding storage on Xbox Series X and Series S consoles has become increasingly expensive due to current market prices. However, a notable deal is currently available for the WD_Black C50 2 TB expansion card, which is priced at 199,99 euros at Game, marking one of its lowest price points to date.
The WD_Black C50 expansion card is designed specifically for Xbox Series X|S consoles and supports the Velocity Architecture and Quick Resume features. The package also includes a one-month subscription to Xbox Game Pass.
Installation is straightforward, requiring users to simply insert the card into the console's dedicated slot, similar to using a pen drive. The card allows users to run games directly from the expansion, ensuring performance remains consistent with the console's internal storage.
Alternatively, Western Digital offers a 6 TB WD_BLACK P10 portable HDD for 254,99 euros on Amazon. While this drive provides significant storage capacity, it cannot run games directly; users must transfer titles to the internal storage to play them.
