Former CCO Keum Kang-sun officially confirmed that he is currently developing a single-player package game. This announcement was made during a recent Lost Ark live broadcast held on the 16th.
While the specific title was not explicitly named, the project is widely speculated to be Project Orpheus, an open-world RPG previously revealed in April. The game is being designed with the goal of launching on both PC and console platforms.
This marks the first time Keum has publicly verified the single-player nature of the project. Although details remain scarce, the development focus shifts away from the live-service model associated with his previous work.
The broadcast also addressed the current state of Lost Ark following the release of Extreme Mordum. To discuss these concerns, a follow-up broadcast titled 'Is Lost Ark Okay Like This?' is scheduled for two weeks from now, featuring Keum and Director Jeon Jae-hak.
