SQUADX Studio, a Thai development team, has unveiled Muay Thai Xtreme (MTX), a combat game built using Unreal Engine 5. The title promises intense action and high-quality graphics for players.
The gameplay focuses on rhythm and tactical reading of opponents. It features diverse Muay Thai styles from various regions, including Chaiya, Korat, Lopburi, and Tha Sao. Players can also utilize a Decisive Move mechanic, which serves as a special attack to gain advantages during matches.
Although the game has not yet been released, a tournament called STRYK will allow creators to test the title. The competition begins with online rounds and concludes offline at the gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 on October 31. The event will also feature live Muay Thai demonstrations.
Interested fans can view the tournament at booth L2. The official release date for Muay Thai Xtreme remains unannounced, with further details expected from the developers in the future.
