Key information

Pokémon TCG Pocket is set to undergo a significant transformation at the end of October, marking the launch of a new series. This update aims to refine the overall player experience through structural adjustments.

A primary change involves the Booster pack cycle, which will shift from a four-week schedule to a six-week cadence. This extension is designed to alleviate the difficulty players faced in collecting all cards from a thematic set within the shorter timeframe.

To compensate for the longer intervals, the game will introduce more combat and collection-based missions and events. Additionally, the update brings new Immersive Cards, special packs requiring weekly stamina, and the introduction of the First Partners special pack.

Further enhancements include the addition of one-star Promo Cards, Community Decks, and Limited Battle events. Trading will also become more accessible, as players will be able to view and request unregistered cards of any rarity from friends' catalogs.
