Key information
The Elder Scrolls Online is expanding its gameplay options by introducing solo versions of existing dungeons. Starting October 21st, players will be able to experience Moon Hunter Keep and the March of Sacrifices individually, allowing them to progress through these narratives at their own preferred speed.
These new solo modes are designed to recreate original encounters while offering fresh obstacles for veteran players. The developers aim to provide a distinct format that maintains the essence of the dungeons while ensuring that even experienced adventurers encounter novel difficulties during their runs.
To further elevate the difficulty, players can choose to activate special misfortunes within these instances. Successfully overcoming these heightened challenges rewards participants with improved loot, including exclusive two-piece sets that are not available through standard play.
This update shifts the traditional group-focused dungeon structure, providing a viable path for those who prefer solitary exploration. While the content is tailored for individual completion, the developer notes that players will likely want to reconnect with their friends afterward to share their accomplishments.
