Key information
Rockstar Games has officially announced that the acclaimed French electronic duo Justice, comprised of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, has composed the original soundtrack for Grand Theft Auto VI. This collaboration was revealed alongside the game's latest launch trailer, which features an unreleased track from the group.
The duo is responsible for creating the instrumental music that will underscore the journey of protagonists Jason and Lucia. Beyond this original score, the game will feature a variety of licensed music across the radio stations of Vice City. The official album, titled Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, will contain 34 original tracks.
A new single titled «Flower in a Hurricane», featuring collaborations with Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, has been released as part of the project. This follows the group's history of influential electronic work, including their 2007 debut album Cross and their 2024 release Hyperdrama, which earned them a Grammy Award.
Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for release on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar Games has not yet announced a version for PC. The title arrives over thirteen years after the launch of its predecessor.
