The event facilitated increased professional networking, as meetings between developers, publishers, and investors via MeetToMatch grew from 100 to 257. Additionally, Nintendo representatives hosted a session focused on platform development, publishing opportunities, and support resources.
The conference featured 48 speakers, including industry figures such as Ken Kutaragi, Hakan Abrak, and Rebecca Lautner. Managing director Jamie Sefton described the gathering as one of the most significant lineups for a UK-based games conference.
International participation spanned multiple continents, including attendees from across Europe, Asia, and North America. Following the success of this year's event, organizers have confirmed that Game Republic New Horizons will return in 2027.
