Key information
Astrolabe Games announced on October 16, 2026, that the PC deck-building roguelike HARMA: Eden of the Fallen Kingdom has received a significant update to its demo ahead of the Steam Next Fest. Developed by Indirect Shine, the game follows Prince Eden as he fights to save the crumbling Harma Kingdom and uncover the truth behind his father's disappearance.
The core combat revolves around a tuning system utilizing three artifacts. Players must manage their concentration to influence card effects, forcing a strategic choice between relying on luck or spending resources to guarantee specific outcomes. The demo allows players to build decks using four elemental attributes: cold, fire, berserk, and holy war, while also featuring an X/Y upgrade system for cards.
A major addition in this update is the inclusion of online cooperative play. While the current demo supports up to two players, the developers intend to expand this to accommodate more participants in the final release. This cooperative mode is expected to alter both the game's difficulty and the underlying strategies required for success.
The title is currently scheduled to enter early access on PC sometime in 2026. The game features full Japanese language support, and interested players can currently test the updated mechanics through the available demo.
