Zenless Zone Zero has officially launched version 3.3, introducing Phoenix as a new S-Rank character. Phoenix is characterized by her Fire attribute and Anomaly specialty, designed to function effectively within various Anomaly-focused team compositions.
Phoenix introduces unique mechanics that allow Anomaly DMG to land critical hits. Her Combustion Attack mechanic is intended to streamline combat rotations, while a built-in revive mechanic significantly enhances her survivability on the field.
To maximize her potential, players are encouraged to focus on Anomaly Mastery and Anomaly Proficiency stats. Recommended W-Engines include Plume of Rebirth, Angel in the Shell, Frostfall Sickle, Fusion Compiler, and Weeping Gemini. For Drive Discs, suggested sets include Freedom Blues, Phaethon’s Melody, and Chaos Jazz to boost Fire DMG and reduce enemy resistance to Anomaly Buildup.
Optimal stat prioritization for Phoenix involves focusing on Fire DMG, PEN Ratio, or ATK% for the fifth slot, with Anomaly Proficiency, ATK%, and PEN as key substats. Players can integrate her into teams alongside characters such as Velina, Remielle, Vivian, Yuzuha, or Promeia.
