Developer sirome and publisher CODETHREADS have launched the Steam store page for MEATRASH, a first-person cyberpunk recycling simulator. The game is scheduled for release in early November 2026, with pricing currently unannounced.

Players assume the role of a former body modification doctor who has lost their clinic. Operating from a repurposed underground drainage facility, the protagonist must process human remains to salvage valuable implants. The core gameplay involves physical manipulation tasks such as grabbing, transporting, and melting organic waste to recover embedded technology.

A key mechanic requires players to choose between delivering recovered implants for profit or dismantling them to obtain materials. These materials are essential for upgrading equipment and enhancing the player's own body to improve work efficiency. The narrative unfolds through terminal messages and records of recovered items, with an ENDLESS mode available upon completing the story.

A playable demo is currently available on Steam, covering the first three days of work, including training, basic processing, and initial upgrades up to level 1. The full game will support multiple languages, including Japanese and English. Note that demo save data cannot be transferred to the final release.
