Key information

On October 9, Sekiguchi, the company known for the Monchhichi line, announced the expansion of its Moko Moko Puchi plush series. The collection will soon include the Pokemon Magnemite and the move-based entity Substitute.

The Moko Moko Puchi series is characterized by soft, fluffy fabric and a deformed, cute aesthetic. Each plush is designed with pellets in the abdomen to provide stability, allowing them to sit upright securely.

Magnemite, typically known for its metallic appearance, is reimagined with a fluffy texture. Meanwhile, the Substitute plush recreates the iconic decoy used in the games, which remains a mysterious entity even as the franchise celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2026.

Sales for these items begin on October 23 at noon via the official Sekiguchi online shop. The Magnemite plush is priced at 4180 yen, while the Substitute plush costs 3960 yen, both including tax.
