KADOKAWA has announced a new pickup gacha event for the official Oshi no Ko puzzle game, Oshi no Ko Puzzle Star. Running from October 16, 2026, to November 1, 2026, the event introduces special versions of Ai and MEM-cho. These characters feature exclusive outfits supervised by Hirayama Kanna, the character designer and chief animation director for the anime series.
Alongside the gacha, the game has launched a new daily event titled Non-stop! To Mom's Side. In this mode, players guide young Aqua and Ruby toward Ai by clearing a set number of puzzle stages consecutively. Participants can earn rewards once per day through this recurring event format.
The update also implements significant gameplay adjustments to improve progression. All cards can now be leveled up to a maximum of Lv.40 regardless of their blooming stage. Additionally, a new Total Level Bonus feature rewards players with card frames based on the combined level of their entire card collection, which also provides score bonuses in time attack modes.
Further improvements include easier access to candy rewards and the ability to customize card frame designs independently of card levels. Oshi no Ko Puzzle Star is a free-to-play mobile title developed by NHN and published by KADOKAWA, available on iOS and Android platforms.
