Chaosium has launched a free digital publication titled Pendragon: The Art of the Boy King. This release honors the artists contributing to the latest edition of Greg Stafford’s Great Pendragon Campaign.
The collection spans over 60 pages, curated by art director Paul Tobin and line editor David Larkins. It provides behind-the-scenes stories regarding the visual development of the game's Arthurian world.
Executive producer Brian Holland notes that the digital book acts as a preview for the upcoming Pendragon: The Boy King. This primary title covers the initial conquest period of Arthur’s reign, detailing events from the sword in the stone to his ascension.
Pendragon: The Boy King launches October 21st in standard, collector’s leatherette, and limited alternate cover editions. The game covers nearly twenty years of play, serving as a toolkit for early Arthurian campaigns.
