Game Music Records has officially announced the release of three vinyl soundtrack collections featuring music from Vanillaware titles. The lineup includes the 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim Original Soundtrack, the 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim Remix & Arrange Album -The Branched-, and the Unicorn Overlord Original Soundtrack. These releases celebrate the 40th anniversary of composer Hitoshi Sakimoto’s career and the work of Basiscape studio.
The 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim Original Soundtrack is a 3-LP set pressed on 180g transparent turquoise vinyl, housed in a collector’s box with original Vanillaware artwork. The Remix & Arrange album features a single 12-inch, 180g transparent vinyl record decorated with printed flowers. Meanwhile, the Unicorn Overlord Original Soundtrack is a 3-LP set on 180g transparent vinyl, which includes sigils of the game's warring kingdoms embedded directly into the discs.
These collections are marketed as true limited editions, and Game Music Records has confirmed that no future reprints will be produced. Each package utilizes premium anti-static inner sleeves to ensure lasting quality for the physical media.
Pre-orders for all three albums are currently live exclusively through the Game Music Records website. Customers should note that the scheduled shipping window for these items is the beginning of Q1 2027.
