Supermagic has launched a major update to celebrate the second anniversary of Co-op Tower Defense. The update introduces the new character Kaiser and the game's first 1v1 PvP mode, alongside various Halloween-themed events.
The new character, Kaiser, is a demon king-themed unit that slows enemies with fireballs and buffs allies with special zones. Upon reaching 6 liberation, Kaiser performs area-of-effect attacks. Players can obtain Kaiser for free and upgrade the character to level 16 and 10 liberation using the exclusive currency, Kaiser's Essence.
The new 1v1 mode, Kaiser's Arena, challenges players to defend their lanes against waves of enemies. The first player to reach 1,000 kills wins, with a 100-kill bonus awarded to the player who deals more damage to bosses appearing every 10 waves.
Anniversary celebrations run until the 19th of next month, featuring a coupon for diamonds and a Pumpkin Mimic skin. Additional activities include a 14-day attendance event, a world event, and bingo mini-games, with Halloween skins available for monsters in co-op mode.
