Line Games has officially launched a demo for its self-developed PC title, Quiet, available via Steam and the Epic Games Store as of the 22nd. This cooperative comedy horror game centers on alien ducks attempting to escape Earth while avoiding a landlady.
The updated demo incorporates feedback from a recent Steam playtest, focusing on bug fixes and build optimization. New content includes one standard stage and a four-player arcade stage titled Duck Out, which offers a distinct gameplay experience.
Developers plan to introduce seasonal Halloween elements and a spaceship-themed lobby. The title will participate in the Steam Scream Fest from October 27 to November 3, aiming to expand its global reach following a playtest that drew interest from 148 countries.
Quiet supports both single-player and cooperative modes for up to four participants. Line Games currently targets a full service launch for the title in the first half of next year.
