The Kingdom Hearts Collection [I~III] has debuted at the top of the Japanese physical sales charts for the week of October 5 to 11, 2026. According to Famitsu data, the Square Enix compilation sold a total of 29,672 units across its available platforms.
The collection saw 23,411 copies sold on Nintendo Switch 2 and 6,261 copies on PlayStation 5. This release, which includes several titles from the saga, officially launched on October 8, 2026.
Other notable debuts during the same period included Dragon's Dogma II: Dark Arisen, which moved 7,314 units on Switch 2 and 5,099 on PS5, and Earth Defense Force 5, which entered the charts in seventh place with 5,237 units on Switch 2.
In terms of hardware, the Nintendo Switch 2 remains the market leader in Japan, selling 22,420 units during the week and reaching a cumulative total of over 6.4 million units. The PlayStation 5 family followed with 11,911 units sold.
