Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have officially launched an expansion pass for the tactical RPG Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave. This content rollout begins today and is scheduled to continue through 2027.
The pass is currently available on the Nintendo eShop for $34.99 or £29.99. Purchasing it immediately grants players access to a new selection of weapons. Subsequent updates are planned for this holiday season and the year 2027.
Future updates will expand the game significantly. The second wave includes new character outfits and three allies named Aurora, Smyrnos, and Jurah. The final segment promises additional stories, classes, and allies, which Eurogamer suggests will provide a substantial reason for players to return to the title.
Eurogamer praised the base game, calling it a "sumptuous feast" and a "synergy of everything that has made the series great." The title has already achieved critical acclaim alongside strong initial sales figures.
