Key information
The Brasil Game Show has officially confirmed that its next iteration will occur from October 9 to 12, 2027, in São Paulo. Tickets are currently available for advance purchase through the event's official website.
Pricing for the 2027 event ranges from R$ 139 to R$ 2.049. Options include single-day passes, multi-day passports, and premium packages. Despite the ongoing sales, organizers have not yet disclosed which companies will participate in the upcoming exhibition.
This announcement follows the 2026 edition, which faced significant backlash from attendees and content creators. Critics cited a reduction in gaming space, the absence of major brands like Xbox, NVIDIA, Intel, and HyperX, and large empty areas within the venue. Visitors also expressed dissatisfaction regarding high food prices and a perceived lack of variety in activities compared to previous years.
In response, organizers stated that the event must adapt to evolving market conditions and industry strategies. While they highlighted the presence of companies like Nintendo and SEGA in 2026, they have not yet clarified what specific structural improvements or initiatives will be implemented to address visitor complaints for the 2027 show.
