Key information

Nexon officially launched the fourth phase of its 2026 weapon overhaul for Sudden Attack on the 15th. This update focuses on refining the performance of six secondary weapons to better distinguish their utility from primary weapons and improve overall combat balance.

The adjustments impact the DAP-2, TAC-9, PPS, VS-9, Peacemaker, and G18. Specifically, the DAP-2 received reductions in damage, fire rate, and accuracy alongside increased recoil. The TAC-9 also saw decreased damage and accuracy with higher recoil, while the PPS and VS-9 underwent damage and recoil adjustments. Furthermore, the Peacemaker and G18 both sustained damage reductions, with the latter also experiencing a slight increase in recoil.

To support the update, a challenge quest event runs until the 29th. Players completing specific kill and play missions in modes like team deathmatch and demolition can earn the six overhauled weapons in an activated state, alongside experience points and other items. Completing all group quests grants additional rewards including permanent melee duration extensions.

Additionally, Combo Pass Season 4 is active until November 12th, offering rewards such as the permanent AK47(MG) Speed. Users holding a Sudden Pass can unlock further items, including the AWX(MG) Speed and SCAR_v2(MG) Speed permanent weapons, through the combo boost track.
