Everstone Studio and publisher LongE Play have released the V2.3 "Qingzhou" update for the open-world martial arts RPG Where Winds Meet. This expansion introduces Qingzhou, a new thematic region inspired by ancient Qi and Lu culture, emphasizing the philosophical legacy of Confucius. Players can explore the initial "Dongyue" area starting today, with the "Pengshan" region scheduled to open on October 29.

The update introduces the "Wenjin Pavilion" sect, which welcomes players from all backgrounds to pursue academic study. The new "Dance Ribbon Drum" weapon and "Silk-Wing" school offer unique combat mechanics, including crowd control and team buffs. Additionally, the game raises the world level to Lv.18 and increases the equipment cap to 100, while maintaining the single-player level cap at 100.

New gameplay features include a proctoring system where players can act as exam invigilators, and a debate-based PVP mode called "Talking Mountains." Furthermore, the developers announced that the game will be among the first globally to support NVIDIA DLSS 5 technology by late November, promising enhanced lighting and material realism through deep optimization.

Players can also participate in seasonal activities like "Qingzhou Opening Month" to earn rewards. Beyond digital content, the game has partnered with icash to release eight limited-edition 2.0 cards featuring various in-game sects, available at 7-ELEVEN stores across Taiwan.
