Eksil Team has announced that their upcoming action title, Acts of Blood, will launch on December 4 for PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store. The developer also confirmed that console versions for PS5 and XBOX Series are scheduled to arrive in 2027.
Set in the fictional Indonesian city of Bandapa, the game follows a protagonist named Hendra who seeks vengeance against a powerful organization following the murder of his family. The title is described as a 3D beat 'em up that draws comparisons to Sleeping Dogs and the John Wick film franchise.
The combat system emphasizes martial arts, allowing players to chain strikes, blocks, and counters alongside finishing moves. Beyond hand-to-hand combat, players can utilize firearms, knives, and baseball bats. The environment also plays a role, as players can throw objects or use furniture to defeat adversaries.
Progression involves learning new techniques and upgrading Hendra's abilities to face various enemies and bosses. Additionally, players can customize the protagonist's appearance with unlockable outfits and tattoos, which can be managed from the character's apartment between missions.
