Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have officially released the Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave Expansion Pass for the Nintendo Switch 2. This content package is priced at 34.99€ and is structured into three distinct parts to expand the base game.
The initial phase of the pass is currently available, offering players access to new cosmetic items and additional weaponry. Future updates are scheduled to introduce further gameplay variety, including new character classes and additional allies such as Aurora, Smyrnos, and Jurab.
The expansion will eventually incorporate significant narrative additions. By the end of 2026, the second part will arrive, followed by further story content in 2027. These upcoming chapters will focus on established characters from the main campaign, specifically Bertrand, Talimun, Orchel, and Anatolia.
Beyond the digital expansion, Nintendo has confirmed that it maintains no plans to discontinue the release of games in physical formats. This ensures that players can continue to access software through traditional retail channels alongside these new digital offerings.
