Sony has announced the October PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup, featuring Mafia: The Old Country, Horizon Forbidden West, and the cooperative action title Mycopunk. Most titles will be available starting October 20, though specific release dates vary by region and title.
The catalog additions include diverse gameplay experiences. Mafia: The Old Country explores 1900s Sicilian organized crime, while Horizon Forbidden West tasks players with exploring a post-apocalyptic frontier filled with mechanical threats. Mycopunk offers a mission-based looter shooter experience where players combat fungal infestations using specialized weaponry.
PlayStation Plus Deluxe members gain access to classic titles Dino Crisis 2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3. Additionally, the service is hosting a Horrorfest event, providing exclusive benefits such as the World War Z Vibrant Halloween Skin Pack and the Back 4 Blood Tunnels of Terror expansion, which is available to Special and Deluxe members starting October 20.
Other notable additions include Tales of Arise – Beyond the Dawn Edition, Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2, and Monster Energy Supercross 25, with various release dates scheduled through late October. Furthermore, a Dead by Daylight community challenge offers a potential exclusive pirate-themed pack for all members if players reach 10 million matches between October 20 and October 26.
