On October 21, Actoz Soft released the autumn update titled 'Area of Taste' for the game Latale. This content expansion introduces a fresh scenario, two new dungeons, and significant modifications to the guild system alongside various quality-of-life improvements.
The new scenario follows urgent letters from Jade the wizard and Jellick of the Mongle Mongle Guild. Players can explore the 'Froggy Pond' dungeon, plagued by unwanted guests, or the 'Doll Escape Operation' dungeon, where dolls attack visitors at a mysterious shop featuring bosses like Princess Vasilisa and Tariel.
Guild mechanics have been overhauled, allowing players to customize guild room designs while removing the previous crop harvesting feature. New guild challenges such as subjugation, escape, and mining have been added. Additionally, the update implements item locking improvements and a bulk disassembly function.
To celebrate, the 'Suspicious Doll Street' Halloween event offers rewards through attendance and mini-games. Participants can earn 2026 Latale Gacha tickets to obtain themed costumes like the Gumiho, Grim Reaper, and Virgin Ghost, alongside items such as Platinum Hammers and experience drinks.
