Key information

Pokemon Korea has scheduled the 2027 Korean League Season 1 for October 24 and 25. This national-level official tournament will take place at the Coex Magok Convention Center to determine the South Korean representatives for the Pokemon World Championships 2027 in Singapore.

The competition is divided into Junior, Senior, and Master categories based on age. Participants earn points based on their performance, and those with the highest cumulative scores will qualify for the world championship. The event structure includes Swiss round qualifiers on the first day and a knockout tournament on the second day, with the final match broadcast on the official YouTube channel.

Beyond the main tournament, the venue will host various activities, including beginner classes, four-player free battles, and 3on3 matches. Attendees can also experience Pokemon Tagstar, Nintendo Switch 2 Pokemon titles, and visit a mini store selling card game merchandise.

This event marks the first of five planned tournaments in the 2027 Korean League series, which concludes with a final event. Interested players can find detailed operational guidelines and registration procedures on the official Pokemon Card Game website.
