Lionheart Studio announced on the 20th that it has officially launched a para-sports team to expand employment opportunities for disabled individuals. The company has hired three bowling athletes to form the initial roster.
The newly formed team consists of three athletes affiliated with the Chungcheongbuk-do Disabled Bowling Association. These players will receive comprehensive support from the company to focus entirely on their training and competitive performance.
Beyond their athletic pursuits, the hired players are entitled to stable salaries and various corporate benefits. These include health checkups, holiday gifts for Seollal and Chuseok, birthday leave and gifts, group accident insurance, and support for family events.
A formal inauguration ceremony took place on October 19, attended by company leadership including Chairman Kim Jae-young and Vice President Lee Han-soon. Chairman Kim emphasized the company's commitment to providing a stable environment for athletes and fulfilling its social responsibilities through continued diverse employment initiatives.
