Key information
Lionheart Studio has officially launched a sports team dedicated to athletes with disabilities, marking a new step in the company's efforts to expand inclusive hiring. The organization recently held a formal inauguration ceremony on the 19th, attended by Chairman Kim Jae-young, Vice President Lee Han-soon, and the newly recruited athletes alongside their guardians.
The newly formed team consists of three bowling athletes affiliated with the Chungcheongbuk-do Disabled Bowling Association. To ensure these individuals can focus entirely on their training and competitive performance, the studio provides a comprehensive support package including stable salaries, health checkups, paid leave, and group accident insurance.
Chairman Kim Jae-young stated that the company remains committed to providing an environment where these athletes can fully demonstrate their capabilities. He emphasized that Lionheart Studio intends to continue creating diverse employment opportunities as part of its ongoing dedication to fulfilling corporate social responsibilities.
Beyond this sports initiative, the developer is actively pursuing other programs to promote employment for people with disabilities. Current efforts include the hiring of visually impaired massage therapists and maintaining a linked employment contract with Bear Better, a certified workplace for disabled individuals.
