Razer has officially announced the release of the Basilisk V4 Pro, a new gaming mouse that retains the series' signature ergonomic design while introducing significant technical upgrades. The company also launched the Razer Mouse Dock V2 Pro to complement the new hardware.
The Basilisk V4 Pro features 14 customizable controls, including a new M1 edge button and a third side button. It is equipped with the 3rd Gen Razer Focus Pro 50K optical sensor and the 2nd Gen Razer HyperScroll tilt wheel, which offers multiple scrolling modes. Despite these additions, the mouse is 12g lighter than its predecessor.
Performance is bolstered by 2nd Gen Razer HyperSpeed Wireless technology, supporting a true 8,000 Hz polling rate. The device includes 7-zone Razer Chroma RGB lighting and offers five connection methods, including Bluetooth 6.2. Battery life reaches up to 200 hours at 1,000 Hz polling or 275 hours via Bluetooth.
The Basilisk V4 Pro is priced at NT$5,980, while the Basilisk V4 HyperSpeed model, featuring a 33K sensor and 140-hour battery life, costs NT$3,990. The Mouse Dock V2 Pro is available for NT$2,690.
