Publisher 2K Games and developer Hangar 13 are preparing to bring Mafia 2: Definitive Edition and Mafia 3: Definitive Edition to current-generation hardware.
The ESRB age rating board in the United States reveals that 2K Games submitted new native versions of Mafia 2: Definitive Edition and Mafia 3: Definitive Edition for the PS5 and Xbox Series.
These editions have not received an official announcement yet, though an official statement from 2K Games is anticipated within days, with a release likely shortly after.
While both titles are playable on PS5 and Xbox Series via backward compatibility through their PS4 and Xbox One versions, native releases will introduce specific enhancements.
