Publisher BUBBLE GUM has announced that the idle game "CELESTAY" will be released on Steam on October 9, 2026. The title is set in a sunken world where players collect materials through fishing to continuously build and vertically expand their homes, eventually gazing at the starry night sky from the top of their patchwork structures.
Players can exchange caught fish for resources and items. As the house grows taller, the scenery changes, more constellations become visible, and the background lore of the game world is revealed. Additional features include a collection encyclopedia and musical elements.
The game interface can be placed in the corner of the desktop, with an option to switch to a vertical display format. Furthermore, a playable demo is currently available, allowing users to experience "leisurely fishing" which relies on the passage of time and "targeted fishing" which requires precise timing.
