Publisher NB Games has announced that the rhythm game Step Theater is scheduled for release on December 3, 2026. The title is confirmed to participate in the Steam Next Fest: October 2026 Edition.
Developed by Pixel Smile, a team led by streamer P-P, the game tasks players with inputting commands to the beat. These actions progress short theatrical performances, transforming the screen into a vibrant production featuring various genres ranging from fantasy to daily life.
A free demo is currently available on Steam, offering approximately 20 minutes of gameplay. This trial allows users to experience the core rhythm mechanics and the game's bright, animated world ahead of the full launch.
The Steam Next Fest is set to run from October 20, 2026, at 1:00 AM to October 27, 2026, at 1:00 AM (UTC+8). The game is slated for release on Steam, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
